Accommodation

We have 1 double, 1 twin (both with en-suites) and 1 family room with a beautiful "art deco" bathroom for sole use available for our guests on a bed and breakfast basis.  Each room has a colour TV with a "freeview box" giving a great selecton of programmes to view, hospitality tray, hair dryer and ironing facilities (available on request) in all rooms.

 The family room has a small seating area and a beautiful "art deco" private bathroom for sole use .  

This room has 3 single beds, 2 of which can be made into a "super king size bed" for stays of 2 nights or more if required.  It can also accommodate an extra 1 or 2 z-beds for a party of four/five guests (see Gallery for photo).

The Family bedroom has a private "art deco" bathroom (from 1936) for sole use with a bath, separate shower, toilet and wash hand basin giving guests their privacy.

Bedroom 2 is a twin room with en-suite which we can make into a "super king size bed" for stays of 2 nights or more, if required (see gallary for super king size bed).  There is also a pleasant view of Craigie Park from the window.

Bedroom 3 is a double room with en-suite.  This is a real favourite room with our guests as it has a great view over the rear garden and the Ayr Racecourse.

 En-suites - Bedrooms 2 and 3 have the same style of en-suites with shower, wash hand basin and toilet.

                              Breakfast Menu

• Cereals, porridge, yoghurt and fresh fruit.
• Sausage, bacon, black pudding, potato scones, fresh tomatoes, mushrooms and eggs cooked anyway you choose.
• Toast and fruit juice.
• Tea and coffee.
• Breakfast is served from 8.00am - 9.30am with earlier breakfast times accommodated - please just ask!

Street parking is available and storage area for bikes, motorcycles and golf clubs.  If you wish to park your vehicle "off road" we have a special arrangement with the Western House Hotel that our Guests can use their car park free of charge.

No smoking is permitted within the guest house.
